Medical Assistant (MA)/LPN: Peri-Operative Clinic

About the role

Medical Assistant (MA) or Clinic LPN position in the Peri-Operative Clinic located in Mason City, IA. Supports the operation of the clinical practice by performing a variety of administrative and clinical tasks, assisting physicians and other healthcare providers in delivering patient care through patient preparation, vital sign collection, documentation, and basic clinical procedures. The Medical Assistant also coordinates patient flow, maintains accurate medical records, and ensures a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and other healthcare providers in delivering patient care

Requirements

• Successful completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program
• MA Certification/Registration preferred prior to hire and required within one year
• OR successful completion of an accredited LPN program
• LPN License in the state of Iowa

Schedule

40 hours per week, Day shift, Monday‑Friday
