Position: Medical Assistant (MA) or LPN
Elkader Clinic
Location: Elkader, IA
Shift: Day Shift
Employment Type: Full time
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Day shift. No weekends, no holidays.
Responsibilities
- Affirming patient care through patient preparation, vital sign collection, documentation, and basic clinical procedures
- Assisting physicians and other healthcare providers in delivering patient care
- Congruently coordinating patient flow
- Maintaining accurate medical records
- Ensuring a positive patient experience
Requirements
- Must have successfully completed accredited Medical Assistant program
- MA Certification/Registration preferred prior to hire and required within one year
- OR Must have successfully completed accredited LPN program
- LPN License in the state of Iowa
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR certification
