Location: 60 Danbury Road, Wilton, CT 10536. Travel is required across the region to provide essential coverage in Primary and Specialty Care settings.

Responsibilities
- Provide basic clinical and clerical support within the Medical Assistant scope of education.
- Perform vitals, medication and allergy reconciliation, screenings, patient history, and virtual health support.
- Conduct point-of-care testing, including quality control and documentation.
- Assist providers with in-house procedures as needed.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, chart prep, referrals, check-in/out, prior authorizations, and transportation facilitation.
- Float to other offices based on business needs, collaborating across multiple teams and communities.

Requirements
- Diploma from an accredited Medical Assistant program OR an active CT CNA, EMT, Paramedic, or Medic Certification OR at least one year of experience in direct patient care (acute or ambulatory).
- Certified BLS Provider credential from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 3 months of hire.
- All required credentials must be maintained throughout employment.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience or MA externship in a busy medical office preferred.
- EPIC EMR experience preferred.
