About the Role
This is a full-time position supporting the Regional Pre-Trial Team in Baltimore.
Responsibilities
- Verify eligibility and facilitate Medicaid enrollment for incarcerated individuals.
- Assist with application completion, track status, and remove barriers.
- Document Medicaid details.
- Collaborate with CAC/Navigators, Reentry Coordinators, Discharge Planners, and the Utilization Management team to ensure timely information sharing.
- Prepare monthly activity reports on application processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Behavioral or Social Science or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of Medicaid application/enrollment processes and ACA requirements for incarcerated individuals.
- Current CPR and AED certification.
- Ability to obtain security clearance, including drug screen and background check.
Corrections experience is a plus.
