Medical Appointment Escort
About the role
As an Escort, you will assist our residents to and from medical appointments in and around the community. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Warren Barr South Loop by accompanying residents on appointments, verifying method of transport, ensuring residents are properly identified before transport and have any necessary equipment and supplies, and assisting residents in and out of vehicles as well as carrying resident items. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid, unencumbered State of Illinois Nursing Assistant Certification (C.N.A.).
- One (1) year of experience in a Customer Service role is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
