About the role
This role will shape brand and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen market presence and business impact. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a life sciences environment.
Responsibilities
- Engage Oncology Specialists and other experts to deliver clinical messages that drive brand share and revenue
- Facilitate collaboration with partners to address customer needs and market dynamics effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with designated accounts and specialists
- Conduct market profiling to understand local healthcare delivery and payer systems
- Identify business opportunities with accounts and coordinate efforts with the company Oncology team
- Develop comprehensive relationships within accounts to understand their objectives and challenges
- Adhere to compliance regulations and ensure all interactions align with governing policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree; Master's degree or advanced certifications preferred
- Minimum 3 years of successful experience in Oncology sales, ideally NSCLC/NMSC
- Experience with buy and bill for biologics is essential
- At least 3 years working with key NSCLC/NMSC thought leaders or high influence customers
- Current account management experience in large Oncology practices or integrated delivery networks
- Strong understanding of the Oncology NSCLC/NMSC therapeutic area and marketplace
- Proactive in increasing knowledge of disease-state and healthcare trends, with a willingness to travel

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $154,600 – $198,600 annually
