Medicaid Fee-For-Services Systems Manager (Technical Project Manager III)

For a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space, this role leads technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities in a life sciences environment.

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage project objectives and scope
• Coordinate with key personnel for requirements and technical analysis
• Develop project plans with deliverables, milestones, and tasks
• Facilitate regular status meetings to track project progress
• Manage risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with project documentation and obtain required approvals
• Mentor less experienced project managers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience or equivalent
• 4 years of Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in relevant areas
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling software
• Familiarity with company applications (MedAccess, MedResponse) is a plus
• PMP certification is highly desirable

Pay

$110,982 – $199,769 annually
