MEDIA SOLUTIONS MANAGER

About the role

BNC Publishing is a media house based in Dubai Media City, and is the publisher of key leading titles including Entrepreneur Middle East, Design Middle East, Construction Business News Middle East, Hotel & Catering New Middle East, and Logistics News Middle East.

This role sits within the Digital Solutions division, which is responsible for creating and implementing media and communication solutions by producing engaging and creative ideas, acquiring sponsorships, selling advertising, and developing partnerships.

Job Purpose

We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and well-organized professional with a business-creative mindset to create, develop, and curate ideas related to media and communications objectives for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a consultative approach, understand market needs, identify opportunities, and create customized solutions that align with clients’ exact communications objectives. Critical thinking, market trend awareness, and a go-to-market mindset are essential. The role also requires maintaining a healthy, positive, and growing pipeline to meet KPIs and targets.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement best-in-class media solutions tailored to client needs
• Source potential clients, pitch, and manage business development for Entrepreneur media
• Oversee the delivery of partnership agreements to ensure alignment with client objectives
• Create and maintain an updated database of key potential clients
• Communicate the value proposition of Entrepreneur digital solutions to potential companies
• Collaborate with internal departments (creative, editorial, research, and others) to pitch and deliver projects
• Manage expectations of management and clients regarding project timeline delivery
• Assist with setting timelines and scoping out media projects
• Assist with creating presentations and media solutions for clients

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in media sales or media solutions (digital solutions, event sponsorships, outdoor advertising, etc.)
• Strong understanding of the communications/media industry
• Digital savviness and familiarity with the latest digital media and business media platforms
• Understanding of the media landscape in the region
• Excellent presentational skills, including proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Canva, and Excel
