Responsibilities
- Provide technical services to ensure that the event runs smoothly.
- Act professionally and provide great customer service to clients and attendees.
- Initiate contact with event groups upon their arrival pre-event.
- Cookordinate the event’s schedule with the client and share with the rest of the staff.
- Diagnose any technical problems and take the steps necessary to resolve such problems.
- Absorb and enforce all fire/safety rules and regulations in the event venues.
- Maintain an orderly work area as well as ensuring the AV storage areas are organized.
- Notify full time staff when inventory is low or equipment is found not working properly.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of AV equipment is preferred.
- Outgoing, dependable, and able to provide quality customer service.
- Able to solve problems quickly and courteously.
- Comfortable working in a team setting.
- Able to stay calm and collected during events.
Pay
Pay Rate: $25-30/hour

Schedule: Event-Based with Flexibility
