Responsibilities

  • Provide technical services to ensure that the event runs smoothly.
  • Act professionally and provide great customer service to clients and attendees.
  • Initiate contact with event groups upon their arrival pre-event.
  • Cookordinate the event’s schedule with the client and share with the rest of the staff.
  • Diagnose any technical problems and take the steps necessary to resolve such problems.
  • Absorb and enforce all fire/safety rules and regulations in the event venues.
  • Maintain an orderly work area as well as ensuring the AV storage areas are organized.
  • Notify full time staff when inventory is low or equipment is found not working properly.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of AV equipment is preferred.
  • Outgoing, dependable, and able to provide quality customer service.
  • Able to solve problems quickly and courteously.
  • Comfortable working in a team setting.
  • Able to stay calm and collected during events.

Pay

Pay Rate: $25-30/hour

Schedule

Schedule: Event-Based with Flexibility
