• Mentor and inspire a team of sales professionals to hit and exceed their targets while cultivating a collaborative environment.
• Identify new opportunities for expansion and growth, ensuring we stay ahead of the competition.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with key clients, amplifying customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service.
• Track sales performance metrics and provide insightful reports to senior management, helping us make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Proven sales ability, ideally in a media-related industry.
