Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of digital media planning experience at a publisher or agency; cross-platform planning experience is preferred.
- A strong understanding of media planning principles, campaign performance metrics, and media buying processes.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, their ad formats and the key levers that influence performance.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and present meaningful insights in clear, visually compelling formats using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including knowledge of pivot tables, lookup functions (e.g. XLOOKUP) and charts.
- Familiarity with campaign management tools such as Google Ad Manager, Operative, DoubleVerify and Salesforce.
- Technical aptitude to quickly learn and embrace new tools, systems and processes.
- A self-motivated, enthusiastic and detail-oriented mindset.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priorities.
- Strong multi-tasking, time management and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level. Pay
Salary Range = 80,000 - 100,000 USD Annual + Benefits + Bonus
