What You’ll Do

  • Lead the development of integrated media strategies across TV, digital, social, search, outdoor, multicultural, and local/national activation
  • Partner with leadership to align campaign strategy with business goals and market insights
  • Act as client contact, providing strategic oversight, clear recommendations, and problem solving support
  • Collaborate on upfronts, research reports, and competitive analyses with internal teams
  • Lead presentations and communicate strategies effectively across all media types
  • Guide team on planning, execution, and analysis across multiple campaigns
  • Oversee budgets, investments and overall execution of media campaign performance to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors and media partners
  • Mentor and develop team members, support career growth and creating a collaborative culture

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • 10+ years media experience; Entertainment account experience required; automotive account experience a plus
  • Strong background in traditional and digital media planning
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale, integrated campaigns and cross-functional teams
  • Leadership presence: mature, polished, and inspiring to teams and clients alike
  • Able to be agile and adaptable within a quick turnaround business environment
  • Proficiency with media planning tools including Excel, Nielsen, R/F Reports, IMS Suite, Kantar, MRI, and Simmons
  • Clear and confident communicator—equally strong in writing, presenting, and leading conversations with clients and teammates
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving, using critical thinking to find smart solutions
  • Comfortable coaching teammates and contributing to a collaborative, supportive team culture
  • Strong presentation skills and know how to engage an audience with a compelling story

Benefits

This is a hybrid role based in Burbank, CA.

California: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
