Responsibilities
- Media Planning: work with and assist the Associate Director and Director to establish media objectives, plans, and troubleshoot. Delegate work across planners and assistants, ensure accuracy, and maintain a strong level of detail. Stay updated on trends and industry news, sharing insights with relevant team members and clients.
- Campaign Management: lead and manage digital campaigns from planning through activation and optimization. Focus on standard display banners, video, and digital audio.
- Team Management: manage-up with Directors on account status and workload. Manage and develop Strategists and Assistants, fostering a positive team environment and emphasizing collaboration.
- Client Management: serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth operations and addressing daily responsibilities. Coordinate with cross-team alignment, including account teams, published media, marketing sciences, and external creative agencies.
- Cross Team Alignment: develop and present documents that drive results for clients. Work collaboratively across various teams to achieve shared goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of media planning experience, with integrated experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- Proven skills in analytical and strategic thinking, project management, communication, and digital activation.
- Clear understanding of the media process and digital landscape, with experience using media research tools such as MRI, Nielsen Adviews, eTelmar, DCM, Prisma, and Comscore.
- Demonstrated ability to identify issues and solutions, anticipate consequences, and work independently or as part of a team.
- Action-oriented, able to manage workload and delegate tasks effectively.
Pay
New York: $50,000.00 - $95,000.00
Schedule
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, with a goal to increase this requirement over time. Many agencies and Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
