About the role

As a Media Intern at Pennant, you will play a crucial role in creating captivating video content to engage our audience and elevate our brand presence on social media. Under the guidance of our experienced marketing team, you will have the opportunity to develop your video production, photography, and storytelling skills and contribute to the success of our social media initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conceptualizing, filming, and editing high-quality video content for various social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts, storyboards, and scripts for social media video content that align with our brand identity and messaging.
• Handle the filming process, including setting up equipment, capturing footage, and conducting interviews.
• Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro to produce polished and engaging videos.
• Optimize video content for each social media platform, ensuring proper formatting, aspect ratios, and video specifications to maximize engagement and reach.
• Work closely with the marketing team to incorporate feedback and iterate on video content to continuously improve quality and effectiveness.
• Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in social media video production, incorporating innovative techniques and formats into our content strategy.
