Media Executive, Digital Media & Television Advertising

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated, curious, and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a Media Executive in our Grand Island office. In this role, you’ll learn the ins and outs of media sales while building real relationships with clients and offering creative advertising solutions that make an impact. No prior media experience is required—we’ll train you!

Responsibilities

• Become the go-to contact for a group of clients, learning about their businesses, goals, and marketing needs while supporting them in finding the best ways to reach their customers.
• Reach out to local businesses—both new and existing—to introduce our advertising solutions and share how our TV, digital, and social platforms can help their business grow.
• Track leads, goals, and successes to drive sales and growth.
• Work with managers and teammates to create smart, tailored advertising campaigns and present ideas to clients in a clear, confident, and goal-backed manner.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure campaigns run smoothly, ads are delivered on time, and clients are kept updated.
• Use tools and reporting to monitor campaign performance, share results, and suggest improvements to clients.
• Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends and tools.
