About the role

Foster Digital Development & Media Development to Support the Advancing Digital Democracy.

Responsibilities

• Program coordination and implementation of ongoing and completed programs
• Development and enforcement of community media policy and law
• Preparation of program reports, photo galleries, video galleries, and publications
• Management of community media newsletters and training curricula
• Coordination of national and international networks, including consultative status with the UN
• Maintenance of the online database of community radio broadcasters
• Participation in international meetings and preparation of related reports
• Preparation of audit reports and annual reports
• Staff work planning and program coordination meetings

Requirements

• Experience in digital development and media development
• Knowledge of community media policy, law, and strategic planning
• Ability to coordinate programs and prepare detailed reports
• Strong organizational and communication skills
