Our teams are involved in water infrastructure, waste management and recovery, urban development, mobility, energy transition, and digital territories.

Responsibilities

  • Commercial and Marketing Strategy:
    • Develop and implement the commercial strategy in line with the Group's objectives and sustainable development challenges.
    • Identify high-potential markets (local authorities, industrial clients, private operators, key accounts).
    • Develop integrated water-waste offers and innovative solutions (recycling, reuse, circular economy, service digitalization).
    • Lead public and private tenders in collaboration with technical and legal departments.
    • Monitor competitive and regulatory developments in the environmental sector.
  • Client Development and Retention:
    • Strengthen relationships with strategic clients (local authorities, industrial clients, developers, institutions).
    • Ensure client satisfaction, service quality, and contract renewals.
    • Conduct complex negotiations and secure margins and contractual commitments.
  • Financial Monitoring and Collections:
    • Monitor billing and collections in collaboration with the finance department.
    • Implement indicators to track payments and payment delays.
    • Participate in resolving commercial disputes and securing financial flows.
    • Raise awareness and support commercial teams on cash culture and client risk management.
  • Marketing Strategy:
    • Define and deploy the marketing plan in line with the Group's priorities (innovation, circular economy, carbon neutrality).
    • Promote the company's offers and references through targeted campaigns and digital tools.
    • Enhance the company's brand image as a major player in sustainable development and integrated resource management.
  • Internal Management and Coordination:
    • Manage commercial and marketing teams (setting objectives, coaching, skills development).
    • Work closely with operations, legal, and finance departments.
    • Oversee the commercial and marketing budget and report to senior management.

Requirements

  • Technical Skills:
    • Excellent knowledge of water, sanitation, and waste management sectors.
    • Mastery of public markets, public service delegations (DSP), public-private partnerships (PPP), and concession models.
    • Strong foundation in financial management, billing, and collections.
    • Proven expertise in strategic and digital marketing.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools, market analysis, and business development.
