Primary responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities
- Expand the firm’s residential management portfolio throughout New York City
- Research and identify condominium and cooperative buildings seeking new property management representation
- Reach out through various channels such as industry networking events, referrals, real estate and board member relationships, market research, public records, property databases, management transition activity, and buildings experiencing operational, financial, or service-related challenges
- Maintain ongoing communication with prospective clients
- Assist with proposals and marketing materials
- Work closely with senior leadership to help convert opportunities into long-term management relationships
