Media Coordinator, Amazon MGM Studios Film Marketing
About the role
Amazon MGM Studios is hiring a Media Coordinator to join their Theatrical Media team. The role supports film campaign development, maintains media summaries, manages IOs and invoicing, and assists in presentation development.
Responsibilities
- Support film campaign development, from broader strategy objectives to detailed plan execution.
- Maintain media summaries for internal teams, executives, and filmmakers.
- Manage IOs and invoicing.
- Aid in the development of deck presentations.
- Organize deadlines and key dates into comprehensive calendars and documents to guide various marketing teams.
- Maintain accuracy in all plan development by cross-referencing updated information and documents.
- Aid in managing creative rotation strategy by tracking creative pipelines for linear and digital assets.
- Assist senior team across all disciplines.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
Qualifications
- Experience working with a major brand or entertainment company in project/production management.
- Experience in the entertainment industry.
Skills
- Nimbleness in a rapidly evolving environment.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with standard Monday through Friday hours.
