Key Responsibilities

• GoHighLevel (GHL) Management
• Build and customise CRM systems tailored to client needs.
• Design and implement automated workflows to optimise lead nurturing and customer engagement.
• Set up integrations, pipelines, and triggers to ensure smooth marketing operations.
• Meta Ads Campaigns
• Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure campaigns run efficiently.
• Collaboration & Strategy
• Work closely with the marketing team to align CRM automation with ad strategies.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign data.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Skills Required

• Proven, hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, including CRM building, workflow setup, and automation.
• Strong technical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, with expertise in campaign setup, optimisation, and troubleshooting.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
