Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to Med Surg patients
- Float to the med-surg floor when necessary
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care accordingly
- Educate patients and families about health needs
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar setting
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
