Med Surg RN (Registered Nurse) - Contract

About the role

A dedicated Med Surg RN is needed to provide exceptional patient care in a 23-bed acute care unit.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patient progress
• Document patient care in EPIC
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
• Ensure safety and comfort of patients
• Float to PCU for MSU assignments as needed
• Maintain required certifications such as BLS and NIHSS

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar acute care setting
• Current BLS and NIHSS certifications
