Med Surg Registered Nurse (RN - Hospital) - Hiring Incentives

We have multiple Med Surg needs in Sanford, Florida, with both day and night shifts available.

Pay

• Competitive compensation: $30–$48 per hour
• Shift differential: $4.50 per hour for night shifts
• Shift differential: $1.50 per hour for weekends
• Sign-on bonus for RNs with 2+ years of experience (case-by-case basis)
• Relocation bonus: $2,000–$5,000 (case-by-case basis)

Schedule

• Day shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Requirements

• Current Florida RN license or compact RN license
• 1 year of experience in any hospital specialty (med-surg preferred)
• Graduate of an accredited BSN program preferred; ASN considered with solid experience
• BLS and/or other certifications required for the specialty

Responsibilities

• Work in a fast-paced environment with proper patient ratios
• Demonstrate critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Perform duties requiring frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, and moving/lifting patients or equipment up to fifty pounds
