Med Surg Nursing - RN or LPN

About the role

Join a healthcare team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Medical 7W, providing care for adult patients with common diagnoses such as pneumonia, urinary tract infections, COPD, and COVID.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care
• Evaluate care effectiveness
• Coordinate with other departments
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN license in Missouri or compact licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire

Qualifications

• Preferred: prior hospital experience, BSN, additional certifications, or specialty experience

Skills and Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical movements
• Strong clinical skills in acute care and cardiac rhythm interpretation

Schedule

Part-time, day shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM).

Pay

Sign-on bonuses available for experienced and new nurses.
