Med Surg Clinical Nurse

Responsibilities

• Promotes patient and family-centered care
• Educates on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration
• Participates in activities ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
• Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans collaboratively with the care team and patients
• Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural values
• Works in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safety at all times

Qualifications & Skills

• RN license required; nursing diploma or associate's degree in nursing
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing and
