Med Surg Clinical Nurse

Role Overview

This position involves providing direct patient care on a 19-bed Medical/Surgical unit, promoting patient and family-centered care, and ensuring safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assessing patient needs
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Educating patients and families
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication across the continuum of care

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree with RN licensure; a Bachelor's degree and less than two years of experience are preferred
• No supervisory experience is necessary
• Preferred candidates have a BSN and Med Surg experience
