Med/Surg Charge Nurse (Full-Time)

About the role

We are seeking Team Lead Charge RNs to oversee nursing activities on designated units, providing direct patient care and acting as clinical resources for staff. The role involves planning, directing, and coordinating unit operations, assessing patient data, and developing complex care plans in collaboration with an interprofessional team. The lead will promote evidence-based practices, facilitate practice improvements, and ensure high-quality, safe patient care. They will evaluate patient and family experiences, identify care gaps, and implement solutions to enhance outcomes. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring alertness and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of med/surg bedside nursing experience
• BSN highly preferred
• RN licensure
• Strong leadership, clinical, and communication skills
