Med Surg Cardiac Nurse - Part Time

Role Overview This position involves providing direct patient care in a Med Surg Cardiac unit, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. The nurse promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs. Responsibilities include ensuring patient safety, participating in professional development, developing and communicating individualized care plans, and evaluating physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural values.
