Outbound Med Spa Appointment Setter responsible for turning warm leads into completed consultations through high‑volume calls, discovery questions, education, booking, objection handling, and consistent follow‑up. Responsibilities
- Make 200+ outbound calls per day to warm leads
- Handle inbound inquiries
- Ask discovery questions and build rapport
- Educate prospective clients on Bodenvy services
- Book same‑day and next‑day consultations
- Confidently and professionally overcome objections
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients
- Maintain strong booking and show rates
Requirements
- Outbound call center or appointment‑setting experience preferred
- Comfortable making 200+ calls per day
- Strong communication and rapport‑building skills
- Persuasive, confident, and professional on the phone
- Competitive, coachable, and goal‑driven
- Comfortable working in a performance‑based environment
- Evening availability until 9 PM required
- Weekend availability required
- Bilingual English/Spanish required

Pay
Stable hourly base pay plus bonus for every consultation that arrives, with an additional bonus for same‑day consultations; performance‑based earning potential.
Schedule
Full‑time role requiring evening availability (shifts until 9 PM) and weekend availability.
