Mechanical Technician - LMS

Job duties

• Affords assistance to the welding craft in the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial plant needs
• Performs maintenance and repair work of a routine nature under the direct supervision of a Mechanical supervisor
• Carries out general maintenance tasks necessary to maintain facilities and performs general cleaning/housekeeping maintenance tasks
• Engages in preventive maintenance needs

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to perform basic math
• Able to withstand prolonged periods standing and working outside
• Physically capable of performing assigned tasks
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time
• Must have reliable transportation
