Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction or engineering preferred.
- 5+ years demonstrated success leading, mentoring and developing sales teams.
- Proven experience in project sales, construction services, or mechanical/electrical systems.
- Strong business acumen with project financials, forecasting, and profitability.
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of project sales professionals.
- Drive prospecting, pipeline development, and closing of service project contracts.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed booking targets.
- Build and expand key customer relationships across commercial, healthcare, industrial, government, and education sectors.
- Oversee project turnover, pre-construction planning, and execution alignment.
- Collaborate with internal teams on scheduling, procurement, and delivery.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety, and productivity.
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle and project lifecycle.
- Identify new opportunities and expand existing accounts.
- Lead effective sales presentations and proposal development.
