Sales Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager at Universal Industrial Sales, Inc. is responsible for finding new opportunities through bid letting and customer relationships. They manage projects from request for quote (RFQ) through submittals, fabrication, coating, shipping, and invoicing. They build strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service and representation of the company.

Responsibilities

• Understands customer's needs (schedule for delivery, etc.)
• Bid letting
• Shop drawing submittals / returns
• RFI's & other submittals (paint plan, etc.)
• Production - priority / schedule / required date
• Loading and shipping - schedule loads

Requirements

• Proficient with computers
• Organized
• Detail oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Maintain composure and effectiveness in high-pressure situations, managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Take ownership of all assigned tasks and responsibilities, ensuring they are completed accurately and on time.

Pay

$22.95+ per hour (depending on experience)

Schedule

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday thru Friday) (1 hr Lunch)
