Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and disassembly of standard mechanical products.
• Use hand tools correctly and torque tools properly.
• Follow assembly instructions.
• Replace mechanical components.
• Perform visual inspections and conduct basic testing.

Requirements

Product Knowledge

• Know common mechanical assemblies.
• Identify fasteners.
• Understand basic printer mechanisms.

• Follow correct assembly procedures.
• Apply proper torque.
• Maintain less than 2% rework.
• Handle items up to 20 lbs.

Certification Requirements

• Complete practical examination: assembly and disassembly exercises.
