MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Level 1

About the role

This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and project management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of production including quality control and safety protocols.
• Manage and mentor a team of employees to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations and project management.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually.

Schedule

The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
