This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on leader who excels at coordinating field operations, developing teams, maintaining safety, and delivering high-quality mechanical piping installations on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for industrial mechanical piping projects.
• Supervise foremen, craft personnel, subcontractors, and field staff.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and scheduling.
• Maintain project safety, quality, and production goals.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure project success.
• Review drawings and coordinate installation activities.
• Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule.
• Maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships.

Requirements

• 8+ years of mechanical piping construction experience.
• Industrial construction experience required.
• Strong leadership and scheduling abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proven history of delivering projects safely and efficiently.
