About the role

We are seeking experienced electrical engineers and technicians to support data centre technology projects.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and inspect cooling and mechanical installations
  • Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT)
  • Perform product testing, commissioning, and live cutovers
  • Ensure customer acceptance and compliance with Australian standards (AS/NZS)
  • Gain expertise in Delta cooling products (PAC units, in-row racks, CDU, AALC)
  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide remote technical support
  • Provide on-site user training
  • Respond to emergency callouts and offer 24/7 standby support on a rotational basis
  • Act as a professional advisor and uphold safety and quality standards
  • Contribute to process improvement and mentor junior team members

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with high-precision air conditioning systems
  • Mechanical qualification or relevant experience
  • Valid refrigeration license preferred
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and travel as required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Manual handling capability
