Key Skills Required

• Design and develop thermal systems components such as heat exchangers and cooling systems.
• Create 3D CAD models, detailed drawings, assemblies, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Support design reviews and implement engineering changes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support product development.
• Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, or Siemens NX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor / Master's degree in Mechanical or Industrial or Aerospace Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop turbomachinery components such as compressors, fans, and pumps (stator, rotor, shaft, housing, end covers).
• Create 3D CAD models, detailed drawings, assemblies, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Support design reviews and implement engineering changes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support product development.
• Hands-on experience with Solidworks, ANSYS Mechanical, or similar FEA software.

Requirements

• Bachelor / Master's degree in Mechanical or Industrial or Aerospace Engineering.

Skills

• Develop finite element models for thermal and thermo-mechanical simulations.
• Perform steady-state and transient thermal analyses using Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
• Collaborate with design engineers to improve product performance and reliability.
• Develop CFD models for compressors, turbines, pumps, heat exchangers, ducts, and other fluid flow applications.
• Conduct mesh generation, model setup, solution monitoring, and post-processing for CFD simulations.
• Support design optimization through CFD-based recommendations.
• Conduct electromagnetic, thermal, and mechanical analysis using simulation tools (FEA/CFD).
• Create detailed CAD models, drawings, and manufacturing documentation.
• Develop motor performance specifications and validation test plans.
• Conduct performance testing (efficiency, torque, speed, thermal, vibration, noise).
• Analyze and optimize motor efficiency.
