Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical system design and commissioning efforts for complex projects, including HVAC, plumbing, medical gas, fire protection, and temperature controls, with a focus on healthcare and critical infrastructure.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide strategic insight to deliver innovative, high-performance building solutions.
• Work closely with clients and collaborate within an integrated, multi-disciplinary design team.
• Engage in business development, particularly within the healthcare space.
• Oversee operations and management of engineers or entire office operations.

Requirements

• 4-year Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical or Architectural).
• 15+ years of experience in Mechanical Engineering; must be capable of obtaining professional engineering licensure.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License.
• Business Development experience, with a preference for healthcare sector knowledge.
• Operations/Management experience over engineers or entire office operations.

Pay

$140,000 - $165,000 per year.
