Senior Manager, Mechanical Engineering

Responsibilities

• Oversee both tool design engineering and mechanicall engineering teams.
• Implement time studies, capacity modeling and simulation.
• Make moderate enhancements or improvements to systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of job area.

Qualifications

• Experienced professional with proficient knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and practical knowledge of project management.
• Minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 10 years with a minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
• Preferred additional skills include proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Powerbi, Visio, etc.), Oracle, and occasional responsibility for communicating with parties external to the organization.
