We're looking for a self-driven Mechanical Engineer II to join our team. The role You'll drive idea generation and product development from concept through implementation, directly responsible for designing the new ideas and technologies that push New Product Development forward. We're after a versatile engineer with a proven ability to turn concepts into scalable products — a champion of design engineering who thrives on architecting innovative products and has taken them hands-on all the way through manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Drive the engineering design and development of cutting-edge products
- Design and build prototypes for internal review, testing, and consumer validation
- Independently identify and solve a broad range of problems using an analytical approach
- Lead cross-functional brainstorming sessions and encourage out-of-the-box thinking
