Responsibilities

  • Project management and sustainable value creation for global hydraulics and cab components.
  • Collaborate with global engineering teams, suppliers, and procurement professionals.
  • Maintain sustainable value creation dashboard and extract business opportunities.
  • Serve as product design engineering lead for new product introduction projects.
  • Leverage hydraulics component engineering processes and collaborate with suppliers and company representatives.
  • Conduct analysis on large data sets and summarize key results/trends for stakeholder reports.
  • Manage technical information protection, organize project deliverables, and coordinate technical and commercial information for team reviews.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of industry experience.
  • 3 years with a Master's degree.
  • Experience with modeling applications such as CREO and ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and analytical reports.
  • Bachelor's degree in an accredited Engineering curriculum preferred, but applicants with an Applied Engineering or Technical Business background will be considered.
  • Advanced proficiency with collaboration/project management methods and Microsoft Office programs (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Excel, PowerBi).
  • Basic knowledge of the full product development lifecycle, including business value, systems interactions, requirements gathering, functional specification authoring, product development methods, testing/validation, and value stream engineering.

Skills

  • Working knowledge of hydraulic components or systems.
  • Highly competent in verbal and written communications, problem-solving, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead team meetings, work effectively in a team environment, independently manage time, and take initiative in completing deliverables.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, innovative with problem-solving ability, and operating with urgency.

Pay, Benefits & Schedule

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $40.00 - $41.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law.

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
