Key Responsibilities
- Works on mechanical problems of moderate scope.
- Assists with projects or processes while receiving general instructions from higher level professionals.
- Applies research to the planning, design, development, and testing of mechanical and/or electromechanical systems, instruments, controls, engines, and/or machines.
- Supports continuous improvement and automation activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME).
- 2+ years of Mechanical Engineering work experience.
- Previous manufacturing experience.
- Strong work ethic and self-starter attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, with knowledge of production and maintenance processes.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Experience managing contractors and maintenance technicians.
