Mechanical Engineer – AI & Robotics Video Annotation Location: RemoteType: ContractPay: $50–$90 USD per hourOpenings: 200 Apply your mechanical engineering knowledge to help train advanced AI and robotics systems. This opportunity involves reviewing and annotating videos of robots, mechanical components, tools and physical interactions. Your expertise will help ensure the training data is technically accurate and consistent. No previous AI experience is required. What you’ll do• Label objects, movements, components and mechanical interactions in video footage.• Identify details such as motion, positioning, component behaviour and task sequences.• Check annotations for accuracy, consistency and completeness.• Flag unclear examples and provide technical feedback.• Work independently to project guidelines and deadlines. What you’ll bring• 2+ years’ experience in mechanical engineering, mechanical design, manufacturing, robotics or a related field.• A good understanding of mechanical systems, tools and how components interact.• Strong attention to detail and good written English. Experience with SolidWorks, NX, Creo or CATIA is beneficial, as is exposure to robotics, automation or industrial equipment. Previous annotation or AI training experience is a plus, but isn’t essential.
