We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove sections like "About Actalent", "Work Environment", "Job Type & Location", "Workplace Type", "Application Deadline", etc unless they contain substantive info for sections we need. We need to include sections only when posting has real, specific content for it. So we need to extract: - About the role: The description: "The Structural Designer supports industrial and heavy construction projects across sectors such as bulk material handling, energy, and manufacturing. This role is responsible for producing detailed structural designs, drawings, and models in collaboration with engineers and project teams. This is a designer position focused on drafting, modeling, and analysis support using STAAD and Trek software platforms." That's a paragraph. - Responsibilities: list bullet points from "Responsibilities" section. - Requirements / Qualifications: There's "Essential Skills" and "Additional Skills & Qualifications". Could combine into Requirements/Qualifications. We'll need to decide sections: maybe "Requirements" for essential skills, "Qualifications" for additional? But we can combine. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have multiple sections if content exists. We have: - Skills: maybe "Essential Skills" and "Additional Skills & Qualifications". Could put under Skills. - Benefits: there is a list under "Pay And Benefits": benefits list. - Pay: pay range $27.00 - $32.00/hr. - Schedule: maybe work schedule? There's "Work Environment: This position requires working in the office five days a week." That's schedule info (five days a week). Also "Workplace Type: This is a fully onsite position in Saint Louis, MO." That's location, not schedule. But schedule could be "five days a week". We'll include Schedule section with that. - Location: Not a heading we have to include unless we put under About the role? Not required. Could include in About the role? But we should not invent sections. The instruction says include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. So we can include Schedule (five days a week). Also maybe "Work Environment" could be considered as part of About the role? But we have About the role already. We'll keep schedule. - Pay: we have. - Benefits: we have list. - Skills: we have essential and additional. - Responsibilities: we have list. - About the role: we have paragraph. - Requirements/Qualifications: we have essential skills (associate degree, 3+ years, hands-on experience, etc.) and additional skills (exposure to large-scale projects, collaborative environment, opportunities to grow). Could treat essential as Requirements, additional as Qualifications. Or combine into Requirements. We'll make two sections: Requirements (essential) and Qualifications (additional). Both as

    • . Now we need to strip boilerplate: remove "About Actalent", "Equal opportunity employer", etc. Also remove "Application Deadline", "Work Environment", "Job Type & Location", "Workplace Type". Also remove "Pay And Benefits" heading? We'll keep Pay and Benefits sections. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:

      About the role

The Structural Designer supports industrial and heavy construction projects across sectors such as bulk material handling, energy, and manufacturing. This role is responsible for producing detailed structural designs, drawings, and models in collaboration with engineers and project teams. This is a designer position focused on drafting, modeling, and analysis support using STAAD and Trek software platforms.

      Responsibilities

      • Develop structural designs, layouts, and detailed drawings for steel, concrete, and foundation systems supporting industrial facilities.
      • Utilize STAAD for structural analysis modeling and to support design calculations under engineer direction.
      • Create and maintain accurate 3D models and fabrication drawings using Trek.
      • Translate engineering concepts, sketches, and markups into constructible design packages.
      • Coordinate with internal disciplines (mechanical, piping, electrical) to ensure design integration.
      • Produce general arrangements, connection details, and erection drawings.
      • Support material take-offs (MTOs) and assist with procurement documentation.
      • Review vendor drawings and incorporate into design deliverables.
      • Ensure drawings comply with applicable codes, standards, and client specifications.
      • Participate in design reviews and collaborate with project teams to meet scope, schedule, and quality expectations.

      Requirements

      • Associate degree or technical certification in Drafting, Design Technology, or related field.
      • 3+ years of structural design/drafting experience in industrial, EPC, or construction environments.
      • Hands-on experience with STAAD (modeling and analysis support) and Trek (3D modeling and structural detailing).
      • Strong understanding of structural steel framing systems, concrete foundations, and anchor systems.
      • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
      • Proficiency with standard drafting and design tools (AutoCAD familiarity preferred).

      Qualifications

      • Exposure to large-scale projects across energy, renewables, and infrastructure.
      • Collaborative, team-oriented engineering and construction environment.
      • Opportunities to grow within design, detailing, and project execution teams.

      Skills

Maybe we already covered skills in Requirements/Qualifications. But we could also have a Skills section summarizing software: STAAD, Trek, AutoCAD. However we already have those in Requirements. To avoid duplication, maybe we don't need separate Skills. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Skills into Requirements/Qualifications. But we already have Requirements and Qualifications. Could we drop Skills? Probably fine. We still need Benefits, Pay, Schedule.

      Benefits

      • Medical, dental & vision
      • Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital
      • 401(k) Retirement Plan
      • Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available
      • Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents)
      • Short and long-term disability
      • Health Spending Account (HSA)
      • Transportation benefits
      • Employee Assistance Program
      • Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave)

      Pay

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

      Schedule

This position requires working in the office five days a week.

We should also maybe include location? Not required as heading. Could be included in About the role? But we already have About the role paragraph; we could add location there: "based out of Saint Louis, MO." However the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; we should not drop location. The location is in "Job Type & Location" and "Workplace Type". We should incorporate location into About the role or maybe a separate section? There's no heading for location; we could add a short paragraph after About the role: maybe include location in About the role paragraph. Let's edit About the role to include location: "This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO." Also include job type? The job type is Contract to Hire. That's substantive. We'll add that. Thus About the role paragraph becomes: "The Structural Designer supports industrial and heavy construction projects across sectors such as bulk material handling, energy, and manufacturing. This role is responsible for producing detailed structural designs, drawings, and models in collaboration with engineers and project teams. This is a designer position focused on drafting, modeling, and analysis support using STAAD and Trek software platforms. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO." Now we have preserved location and job type. Check for any other substantive info: "Work Environment: This position requires working in the office five days a week. The work environment is collaborative and team-oriented, offering exposure to large-scale projects and opportunities for professional growth within the design and construction industry." Some of that is covered in Schedule (five days a week) and Qualifications (collaborative, team-oriented, exposure to large-scale projects, opportunities to grow). We already have those in Qualifications. So we can drop Work Environment. Check for any other info: "Application Deadline This position is anticipated to close on Oct 12, 2026." That's substantive but not a heading we have; we could include as a short paragraph maybe under About the role? But the instruction says do not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; but application deadline is not a heading. Should we include it? It's substantive info. We could add a paragraph after About the role: "Application deadline: Oct 12, 2026." However the instruction says remove application instructions. Application deadline is not exactly instruction but could be considered part of posting. It's not boilerplate. I'd include it as a short p. But we need to ensure we don't create a heading for it. So just a

. Also "About Actalent" is boilerplate about company; we should remove. Also "Equal opportunity employer" etc remove. Also "San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance", etc remove. Also "Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)" remove. Thus final HTML includes:

      About the role

... including location and job type.

      Application deadline: Oct 12, 2026.

Then Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Check for duplicate content: In Qualifications we have "Collaborative, team-oriented engineering and construction environment." and "Opportunities to grow within design, detailing, and project execution teams." and "Exposure to large-scale projects across energy, renewables, and infrastructure." That's fine. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info from Responsibilities: we captured all bullet points. Check Essential Skills: we captured all. Check Additional Skills & Qualifications: we captured three bullets. Check Benefits list: we captured all items from the list: Medical, dental & vision; Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital; 401(k) Retirement Plan; Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available; Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents); Short and long-term disability; Health Spending Account (HSA); Transportation benefits; Employee Assistance Program; Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave). Good. Check Pay: we captured range and note about factors. Check Schedule: we captured five days a week. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms." That's somewhat generic but still substantive? It's about benefits eligibility. Could be considered
