Mechanical Design Engineer

About the role

A Mechanical Design Engineer is needed to join our team. This position will focus on designing components for vehicles, trains, and aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components using CATIA software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with engineering drawing standards and manufacturing processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions to resolve design issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in mechanical design.
• Proficiency in CATIA for part design, assembly, and drafting.
• Basic understanding of GD&T, manufacturing processes, and material selection.
• Familiarity with engineering drawing standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
