Requirements
- Strong mechanical design background
- Expert Creo user
- Able to independently develop concepts through detailed design
- Exposure to design of engine components
- Extensive casting design experience
- Experience working with suppliers on casting manufacturability
- 8–10+ years of experience; senior enough to mentor junior engineers
Nice to Have
- ANSYS / FEA or simple CAE analysis
- Tubes, hoses, and rubber component design
- Drafting experience
Responsibilities
- Support Powertrain/Natural Gas subsystem programs
- Initially work onsite with the design team
- Help transition suitable work to offshore engineering teams over time
