We need to include sections: About the role (maybe company description), Responsibilities (What You Will Do), Requirements (U.S. Person requirement, maybe also security clearance?), Qualifications (must have and preferred), Skills (maybe from preferred qualifications like interpret schematics, intermediate computer skills), Benefits (What We Offer includes schedule and benefits), Pay (hourly range), Schedule (maybe separate if we have schedule details). The schedule is given: "2nd Shift Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 3:00pm - 1:30am Overtime available on a business need basis." That's schedule.
We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We must not repeat job title as heading (not given). No Job ID.
We must not put Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state schedule, pay, benefits.
We need to preserve all substantive info. So we need to include:
- About the role: maybe the introductory paragraphs about RTX and Collins Aerospace. Could be considered "About the role" or "About the company". The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have About the role (company overview). We'll include the paragraphs describing RTX and Collins Aerospace.
- Responsibilities: the bullet list under "What You Will Do:".
- Requirements: includes U.S. Person requirement and maybe security clearance (none). Also maybe "U.S. Person" requirement is a requirement. Also maybe "Typically requires HS diploma..." is qualification, not requirement. But we can put U.S. Person requirement under Requirements. Also maybe "Security Clearance Type: None/Not Required" could be included but it's not a requirement; it's a statement that none required. Could be included but not necessary. We'll include U.S. Person requirement.
- Qualifications: "Qualifications You Must Have:" bullet list (HS diploma or equivalent, 2 years relevant experience, U.S. Person, minimum three years of brazing experience doing moderately complex braze joint). Also maybe "U.S. Person" already in Requirements; but we can still include it in Qualifications if we want but avoid duplication? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep that info somewhere. If we put it in Requirements, we still need to keep it somewhere else if also listed under Qualifications. But we can keep it only once; but we must preserve all info, not necessarily duplicate. If we move it to Requirements, we still have preserved it. It's okay.
- Skills: from "Qualifications We Prefer:" includes manufacturing experience strongly preferred, Career Readiness Certification (CRC) strongly preferred, interpret schematics and/or technical drawings, intermediate computer skills in terms of typing, navigating screens, and learning new software programs. Also maybe "Ability to comply with EH&S policies..." is under responsibilities? Actually that is under responsibilities list. But we can treat those as skills? The instruction says Skills section optional; we can include if we have specific skill content. We'll include Skills from preferred qualifications.
- Benefits: from "What We Offer:" includes schedule and benefits list. But we have separate Schedule and Benefits sections. So we need to split schedule and benefits. The "What We Offer:" includes "2nd Shift Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 3:00pm - 1:30am Overtime available on a business need basis." and then "BENEFITS: Some of our competitive benefits package includes:" then list. So we can put schedule under Schedule section, benefits under Benefits section.
- Pay: The hourly range $21.38 - $40.10.
We also need to include maybe location info? Not required as a heading; we can fold into short p under About the role or maybe a separate metadata paragraph. The instruction says do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. So we can include a short p with location and date posted maybe. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, application instructions, privacy policy, etc. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft. Structure:
