We need to remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The EEO paragraph is boilerplate; we should remove it. Also the accommodation request line maybe considered part of EEO? It's about disability accommodation; might be considered EEO but it's specific contact. The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. Likely we should remove the paragraph about equal employment opportunities and second chance employment etc. Also the accommodation request line? Might be considered part of EEO; safer to remove it. Also remove "All positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process. All candidates will be evaluated based on job-related competencies, and all candidates’ privacy rights and data security will be protected in accordance with applicable laws." That's generic but maybe not boilerplate? It's about hiring process; could be considered application instructions? It's not exactly instructions to apply but generic. Might keep? The instruction says remove application instructions. That line is not exactly instruction to apply but about process. Might be considered boilerplate. Safer to remove. Also remove "Click here for more detail: Eaton Benefits Overview." That's a link; maybe keep benefits overview? But we need to include Benefits section only if posting has real specific content. The posting mentions Eaton provides various Health and Welfare benefits as well as Retirement benefits, and several programs that provide for paid and unpaid time away from work. That's somewhat generic but still specific mention of benefits. We can include a Benefits section with that info. Pay: we have hourly rate $29.69 per hour + $0.60 shift differential. Also note salary info is guideline only. We should include Pay section with that info. Schedule: core hours 2nd shift from 3 pm - 11 pm, M-F. Include Schedule section. That could be in Requirements or Qualifications. Responsibilities: the "What You’ll Do" list. Requirements: maybe combine basic qualifications and preferred qualifications? The instruction says use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide which to use. We have basic qualifications (HS diploma/GED), immigration sponsorship restriction, relocation limitation, ITAR/US person requirement, active-duty military exemption. Preferred qualifications: previous experience in production/assembly. Also maybe skills: use of tools, reading prints, etc. Could put skills under Skills section.
