Mechanical Assembler - 2nd Shift

About the role

This role involves operating automated welding machines, wire stretching, ceramic stringing, and immersion testing. You will support department goals by acquiring necessary skills and certifications, reporting progress, and completing assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect work to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
• Follow safety, environmental, and quality regulations
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and audits
• Maintain a clean work area
• Interpret schematics and follow detailed instructions
• Work in repetitive environments while maintaining attention to detail
• Stand for extended periods as required by the role

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to interpret schematics and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Must be a U.S. person
