Key Responsibilities
- Meet production goals and effectively communicate shift issues to leadership.
- Collaborate with Quality and Engineering teams to ensure standards are met.
- Study instructions and blueprints to prepare work.
- Perform inspections to meet IPC standards.
- Operate equipment such as conformal coaters, plasma cleaners, and cure ovens.
- Complete tasks like washing, baking, masking, curing, and cleaning PCB assemblies.
- Apply conformal coatings using automated systems and inspect for quality.
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and proper handling of materials.
- Support process improvements and rework operations as needed.
Qualifications
- Typically, one year or less of experience.
- Ability to work under a microscope with excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Overtime availability is encouraged.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of IPC-610 standards and ESD procedures.
- Experience in mechanical assembly, electronics manufacturing, or PCB assembly.
